Summer Sun Safety

The sun’s (UV) rays can damage your skin in as little as 15 minutes and being at a higher elevation, such as Colorado increases these risks.

Follow these recommendations to help protect yourself.

  • Seek shade
  • Wear Protective clothing
  • Wear a wide brim hat
  • Use sunglasses
  • Put on Sunscreen with at least SPF 15 (and reapply)
