Fall Mind Body Fitness Classes

As part of the Healthy Pursuits program, Mind Body Fitness including Pilates, Yoga and Zumba classes aim to improve health and fitness through a connection from the inside out. No experience, equipment or registration is required. Join us for a class today!

11:00am-11:50am Power Yoga with Gabby

12:30pm-1:20pm Zumba with Cathy

3:30pm-4:30pm Energize Yoga with Erin

Wednesday

There is no charge for all Mind Body Fitness classes for all CU Denver students, faculty and staff. 

Good to Know

  • All classes held in PE 103
  • You do not need to sign up in advance to attend the classes.
  • You will sign into every class before taking the class on a laptop.
  • All equipment is provided.
  • If campus is closed for any reason, there will be no Healthy Pursuits classes.
